The Blenheim United Church agrees to the use of our facilities at 49 George Street Blenheim; under the following terms and conditions.

  1. No smoking inside the building. 
  2. The user is responsible for any and all property damage caused by and during their use of the premises.
  3. Personal liability and property loss or damage during the use of the premises will be the responsibility of the user.  Proof of liability insurance is required. 
  4. The user agrees to follow the attached guidelines (Schedule A) regarding general use and clean up of the facilities.  
  5. It is understood that the church is, from time to time, used for funeral luncheons and other such similar functions.  The user understands that their scheduled use of the facilities may be interrupted by such occasional functions.
  6. This agreement can be terminated by either party by serving notice at least one month in advance.
  7. This agreement comes into effect when signed by the Chair of Council for Blenheim United Church and a signing officer for the user group.
